To encourage our puppy owners to keep up the momentum and continue to train and bond with their puppies beyond the first puppy class, we have set-up the following incentive program. Upon receipt of a copy of the appropriate AKC certificate showing your dog has completed the following titles, we will send you compensation for the time and effort you put into that new title by sending your deposit back!
Basic Reimbursement

+ Minimum of 2 Additional Training Courses** completed before puppy's first birthday
+ Minimum of 2 Additional Training Courses** completed before puppy's second birthday
+ Junior Courser Title*** (CA Title*** if dog is ridgeless) or BCAT Title***
+ Rally Novice Title
+ CGC, CGCA and CGCU Titles^
+ Copies of OFA Health Testing Certificates and Proof of Sterilization

* AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Title or completion of puppy kindergarten course if no S.T.A.R. Puppy course is available in your area.
If general puppy kindergarten course is attended, completion/graduation certificate or course enrollment receipt signed by the instructor indicating the course was successfully completed, as well as the total number of classes attended during the course should be submitted. (We hope you can find an AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy course, though, because your puppy is then eligible for a really cool medallion from AKC upon successful completion of the course!)
** Course completion/graduation certificates or course enrollment receipt signed by the instructor indicating course was successfully completed, as well as the total number of classes attended during the course should be submitted; obedience/Rally/manners/tricks/CGC prep courses all qualify for first and second year courses, agility/tracking qualify for second year courses only.
*** 2 JC or CAT attempts are an acceptable substitution if the dog is not keen and will not complete the course cleanly enough to earn a leg towards his/her title. A note with the date and club name of attempted coursing tests (minimum 2 at least 6 months apart), judge's signature and notation by the judge indicating "the run was not clean/completed; dog not keen" should be submitted in lieu of JC or CA certificate. Alternatively, many dogs not keen for the bag will happily run FastCAT courses, which are straight-line runs and the "catcher" (their favorite person) at the end may be just the incentive the dog needs to complete the run. Again, a note with the date and club name of attempted coursing tests (minimum 2 at least 6 months apart), judge's signature and notation by the judge indicating "the run was not clean/completed; dog not keen" should be submitted in lieu of BCAT certificate.
^ These must be submitted to AKC as titles, not certificates.
