On April 9th, we lost our beloved Rummy. The previous night she had tragically choked on kibble Ricki Bobbi had regurgitated for them. After relieving the obstruction, she suffered from non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema, and despite round-the-clock intensive care, she ultimately succumbed to an unrelenting tension pneumothorax. Goodbye my beautiful liver girl; you took a piece of my heart with you when you left.
